Our Business

We are a small family based business located in Slatington, Pennsylvania. Our family has been processing meat for over 40 years, trying different recipes and methods. After countless attempts to better our recipes we have decided to expand our business and offer our products more publicly. Every batch of meat is mixed thoroughly by hand until we are satisfied, assuring that it meets our standards. We also provide services for your venison. From skinning and cleaning to processing, we do it all. When processing your deer we assure that your meat will never be mixed with another customers. We do this to ensure every customers quality is maintained. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will do everything we can to meet your standards.
